I loved that advise about if you get someone that is not helpful call back
and ask your questions to someone else. There was good input that we all
shared and I believe we all took away some thoughts on what our options
might be when shopping. I liked the comment that our friends might be good
helping to pick colors, but it might depend on what type of materials, tools
or beads we have in mind, not everyone is good picking out in all the
crafting supply areas.

Thank you Cindy S. for suggesting this topic.

I have booked the scissor chat in February.

Hello,

I wanted to thank Joyce, Cindy S and the other folks who attended, for an
interesting chat tonight.
Sorry so many of you missed this one.

The thought I took away with me is that I should take more advantage of
the customer service help
via phone offered by craft shops. As one member of the chat stated: "if
you don't find one rep
helpful, just call back and talk to another one." <grin>
