Jill,
I was not receiving Joyce's emails either and they weren't showing up in my outlook folder. What I
had to do was to go online, in my case that was to Gmail and check my junk folder online and there
I found all the messages. Once I told Gmail that these were not junk I began receiving Joyce's
messages again.
So if you haven't viewed your email online, you might try that.
