Lilly, that is always a good idea.  If you are not going with somebody, you 
definitely need to have somebody you can touch base with with questions and 
share experiences.  That makes convention more fun, and you learn more 
besides.  If you don't already have somebody to keep in touch with, call my 
room  when you get there. Or I will give you my cell phone number if you 
email me offlist.  If you have other questions ahead of time, I will be glad 
to try to share what I know. I have been going to conventions since the 
1960's so have some to share, but I am older than you. I can still introduce 
you to a lot of people of all ages.  My email is ramona.walhof at gmail.com
