Thank you, that was what I believed, web fuse and sew if desired. What did
your Mom do last year with the glue, do you remember? This is what I am
looking to do, so I will wait for your list.

That is exactly how it is done. I put it on the fabric and then run it thru
the cutting die.

Then all you need to do is iron the shapes[pumpkin] on to what you want
to.[table runner, placemats, quilt, baby clothes or bibs, etc..

If you plan on washing the item a lot and want to make it last, I would
advise running a stitch by machine or by hand thru all the layers about 1/4"
from the outer edge.

Folks who do applique avoid putting the fusing right to the edge as they
want to turn it under around the outside of the edge and sew it in place by
hand.

Joyce,

Need to ask. Can you place transfusion web on to fabric before cutting it in
your machine? To clearly ask this I will explain. Can you take a quarter
yard of cotton fabric and iron onto the back of this quarter yard of fabric
a quarter yard of fusion web materal and place the pumpkin die into your
cutter, place the fused cotton fabric into machine with mat over it and the
pumpkin design will come out cut with fused fabric cut at the same time. Or
will your machine not do this because the paper is still on fabric. This
would be a help to me, because when I got the design the web will already be
there and I would only have to pull off the paper and iron the design onto
the fabric I wish to place it on. Meaning I would not have to get the fusing
paper and cut that around the design. Let me know if you understand what I
am asking.
