Call the NFB in Baltimore.  If it was the Independence Market that was selling it, they can connect you.  If it was a surtain state, they should be able to give you that imformation.  
I forgot who was selling it.  I know Maryland was selling a cook book.  Not sure if this is the one you are looking for.

Hello, I appreciate this is rather off topic but, does anyone know where I can buy an electronic copy of the NFB 50th Anniversary Cook Book? I live in the UK so I can't access it via Bookshare etc. Even a print copy would work as I could scan parts of it. I did hear that the recipes in it are VI friendly and not just transcribed from print books.
