Hi Terry, I am obviously not Dixie. But Sarah Psychs and others in the past have recommended Bernat Handicrafter Cotton as a high quality cotton yarn. personally I made a cloth out of Lion brand cotton-ease which is a cotton blend and love it because it is so soft and does not shrink. Cathy F
