For me, it would be better to have an e-mail sent out to all new members. 
That way, if somebody joins in December, they get the same information. And, 
I can keep that Q&A file to go back to if I have a question along the way. 
If it was just one chat, I'll be asking in a couple months did they say this 
or that lol. Great idea.

and A about KK? I think after convention we have quite a few new members who
have the same questions that need some help on, if that is a Monday night
chat hostess by a member that has been here for sometime or a file kept by a
board member to be sent out in August for new members, this would be a help,
especially for those who do not want to ask questions. Possibly assign the
first chat in Monday for new people. So if there are newbies out there tell
us what you would suggest.
