Joyce,

I'm using Outlook Express or Windows Live Mail. But, what I do when that 
happens is to shift tab once and find Select Contact. Then tab and your 
address will be filled in most of the time if it is in there. You could see 
if that works for Outlook since I don't have access to that program.

What can I do?  My address thingy don't always work in OutLook email.
Sometimes I type a couple of letters & it comes up with suggestion & I can
arrow down to find the one I am looking for. [That is the way it should
work]  Other times I type a few letters & nothing happens.  I know the name
is in there, but nothing.  So how can you encourage it to work?  I am not on
the third floor any more so I can't threaten to drop it out the window...
