Joyce, the letters have to be typed exactly as written as you probably already know. When I've added addresses, sometimes there has been uppercase in which case, I then either have to redo the name or arrow down the list. I've never found another work-around. The only other thing you can do is go to your contacts and try first-letter navigation. I've not done that because it's time-consuming in my opinion and only because I'm lazy! Grins!
