[Nfb-krafters-korner] to the teachers

I haven't figured out a good way to get something useable sent to the
teachers. When the proposal is submitted it sends a copy of the proposal to
me and Joyce. However, that copy is written in html code so it wouldn't be
readable by the teachers. It is something I try to come up with a good way
to send something to the teachers that they can actually read that doesn't
interfere with what I need for the website.
