You should have received a message from 
korner at host.nfbnet.org 

the message will contain your name and email address and indicates which
class you have signed up for. If you don't see it, check your span folder.

Also, as soon as you have submitted the form, it will say "success" 
If you still have no joy, try signing up once again.
