In most mail programs if you do a reply-all, control-shift-r in Outlook,
then shift-tab into the header fields, the originators address should be in
one of the fields. You can highlight it, copy to clipboard and paste into a
new message to field.

Subject: [Nfb-krafters-korner] help with Outlook

How do you find an email address in an email example: Cathy sends an email
thru to the Krafters Division list, I want to find her email and send her a
private email. If I do control R that will reply back to the list. If I
shift tab her name is in the CC area, but it says read only. So you can not
copy and paste it.

I am new to OutLook and I don't have any address book and AOL is not working
since I upgraded it.

What am I to do? Get help from you!

Joyce
