Hello Greg and anyone following this thread,

Henry's class is an exception to the rule. As has already been posted, he
did not submit a proposal via the website. When each step of the class
proposal submission process is followed properly, a class posting to the
website is there in time for students to purchase supplies.

The way we do things now is based on the experiences we have had over the
years.
1. teachers contact Joyce for a date because she keeps the class calendar.
2. Joyce and teacher agree on a date.
3. teacher gathers all information needed to use the class proposal form on
the site to submit info about the class.
4. the teacher posts all required info and submits the form.
5. our webmistress receives the proposal and posts it to the class page for
sign up in a timely manner.
6. students sign up for the class before the deadline.
7. students purchase supplies for the class.
8. students attend the class.

We will very soon have specific instructions for teachers and students
posted on our webpage. It the process is followed according to the
instructions all should go well because it usually does. When any of these
steps is skipped it breaks the chain of events and the process fails.

That is what sometimes happens.
We are all human including our dear Henry. So let's calm down folks. as
Terry K has said,

"if it's not broke, why fix it."
