Thank you Terry K! I love that. Just get involved, no skill involved. I'm
reading all of the hints and want to share a couple thoughts of things I
have read from folks. One member who loom knits commented that a gift such
as a craft supply not being used like a knitting loom would be wonderful or
other items of value like books on cd that you've read and would like to
share. Just make sure such items are in good usable condition and of an
appropriate value. Another suggestion has been braille pattern books new or
used. Another member suggested a nice sampler of homemade cookies or
candies. And, for our furry friends, they all said we love to chew and we
love Nyla and Kong. The healthy treats were not left out too. If your money
tree is dropping leaves a little to fast and looking desperate, it's a great
time to make something out of that stash of supplies you already have!
Everybody would love it.

If you think you don't know people well enough and fear you'll get a name
you know nothing about, it's your lucky day too! I am your acting Santa. You
can tell me anything or ask me anything. I'll find out the answer and get
back to you! So, if you get a question from me, just be honest. If I ask if
you love purple yarn with brown spots made into a overcoat, you'd better
think twice before being nice and saying yes. You just might find one in
your surprise. Would Santa plant a few questions himself? You've been
warned.

All dogs love Tammy. She has a direct link to my ear too.

Get those forms in quickly. October 1 will be here before you know it and
you don't want to miss out. This is going to be fun!

Greg

To All Members,,

The list has at least 60 plus members right now. I am speaking up in hopes
to reach some of you about the Christmas Gift exchange. Greg has taken over
this project for this year, and it is a big projectfor a newer member. Each
year we talk about doing something like this, from a cookie exchange to a
Christmas ornament exchange. Well, we have a deadline, October 1 for
everyone to sign up. The expense is small, you can even make an item to
exchange. We share all year long and this is a time to remember one of your
friends on list. Greg needs you to sign up quickly so he can do the matches
and send out the choices. I understand if you can not be involved for the
season, but this is starting in October and ends in December. This is
something we all can do even as I read, you can pass along items you might
never use that someone might love. Yes, it will cost a little postage and a
little time and a little money but you might brighten someones Christmas by
your gift. Crafters understand crafters much better than others. So I
encourage you, do not wait, send out your registration to Greg right away
and be involved, no skill involved, just caring. Thanks to Greg for doing
this for the group, lets get Christmas going at Kraters.

Terry K
