Agree with you! I'm fairly new to the group & I have noticed that Mrs. Joyce
does a lot for KK. If you are on a board, it's more than just having your
name out there. 

I feel that each board member should be designated specific tasks & if those
tasks are not completed in a timely manor, then the board member should be
required to resign immediately. 

This is just my thoughts.
