Henry, Kevin measured the distance, and he says three quarters inch between the pegs, middle line to middle line of the pegs.

Thanks Barb, I enjoy making these long thin scarves. Can you imagine making sparkly ones to go around the slender waste in that little black dress for parties. Just a stunning look. In fact, my daughter in law is such a person. 
Bet she would love this as a gift. Two big boys she had and still is outrageously skinny. Her secret, she eats very very slowly, cuts things up into small pieces. She does a lot of walking and up and down steps. She does more steps then walking long distances.

Also they would be pretty in the hair. Thank you for the great Christmas gift idea, smile.

Yuck on Boye looms!!! If you have a problem with the pegs popping out, when it does come out, take a piece of worsted weight yarn or thinner, lay across the hole and push the peg back into hole. The yarn should come up the sides of the peg and tighten it up.
It is the skinny scarves, just like a regular scarf that you wrap around your neck in winter, but these are skinnier and I think thinner, more of a accessory rather than worn for warmth. If I can ever get caught up on my projects…… Barb
