Have you considered getting a gmail or yahoo email address? If you have one
of them, you are less likely to loose addresses when your computer crashes.
Another tool I have just started using is Dropbox. I am in the process of
moving things from my thumb drives to my Dropbox account. It's kinda nice
having my recipes & loom knitting patterns in one place & when I'm out
shopping or am traveling, I can pull up the recipe or pattern when I have
questions.

I hope things get fixed soon. This is one more reason not to upgrade to
Windows 10 for me.
