Becky,
I am like you, in a real pickle and at my wits end with not knowing what to
do. I really do not have the funds to do most of the things listed on list,
my budget is realy tight. I await hearing from MS today at 3 and they will
be taking my computer back to factory settings and then starting to
reinstall including Windows 190, no choichoice. So I do not know what will
happen from here and when I will be back/. I am using an older computer that
I have with windows 7 and it is getting me through. So I know what you were
going through a little while back.

Terry, Kevin and I have had good luck with the local computer fix guys. So
try your friendly neighborhood techs.Ours is called G. S. Computers. Buy
them a pizza and you will get even better service, grin. Heck at one point
they came to my home, I was in such a pickle. A jar of candy and the tech
just charging a home visit fee, not the hours fee he should have charged.
They are really good guys and gals. 

Oh and watch them light up when your speech comes on, giggle. 

Becky not happy with MS computer help either

Well I am posting to list because I am hoping some of you could understand
my situation and others could delete. Today is Wednesday, have not heard a
word from MS since Sunday. I am beginning to believe I have been left to my
own on this and nothing I can do. Just so frustrating.
