Terry Thomas as I have been instructed regarding Constitution you do not
want to give a specific list within the Constitution because it is harder
to amend a constitution however, having a separate document that will lift
in general what we currently expect of an officer and their positions would
be something that can be done and easily changed over time as it is not
necessarily A binding document but a guideline for the officers.
