When I got back, my computer refused to say a word. So now it is back also.

I want to thank all of you who helped with craft activities: especially
Carol and Ed Osmar, Annely Rose, Terry Powers, Marianne Denning, Cindy
Zimmer to start the list. There were quite a few new people at our business
meeting, and the craft show also attracted more than we expected.

I wish more of you could go to convention. There are so many things to see
and do. I saw the new BrailleNote touch, talked to a lot of new people,
taught all kinds of people to make the little beaded flags at the craft
show, got new print/Braille books Oscar and Klaus about two cats, one blind,
and he happens to be the one who is adventurous. These cats are based on
real ones who libve in Seattle. The print/Braille version is the same price
as all print and can be ordered at OscarandKlaus.com.

I encourage others who were there to share highlights from the convention!
If you want to llook at the complete agenda it is posted at nfb.org and
gives you a feel for the diversity of activities. Lots of very exciting
young blind people doing great things.

Ramona
