Hi Courtney,

Those are good ideas for shape templates.  Another idea to add to your list
is in the craft store is the wooden cut-outs they have for crafts and
ornaments.  I am guessing they are an eighth of an inch or less thick.  They
are sometimes displayed on hooks, or in small wire bins.  They have
geometric shapes, letters and numbers, and many seasonal and traditional
shapes.  Think cookies, and there is probably a shape of it in wood.
