[Nfb-krafters-korner] Finding an email address in an email

Remember if you include your email address to de-spamify it. It is a 
public archive so spammers can harvest email addresses from signatures. 
So you can use

debee AT jfcl DOT com

for example, which is my address. I've put the At and the Dot as 
separate words.
