Seriously, Henry, members do not have any say in how the division is run?
The only thing required to vote on at convention are officers. We have had
votes outside of convention and members are VERY vocal on this list about
what they want in the division. The board is a VERY small part of this
division and things fall apart when general members do not help out.

You're correct that all financial assets of the division would go to
National headquarters upon the disolution of the division.
My thoughts on that are to divide the amount of money currently in the
Treasury and any other accounts up as equally as possible amongst the
members, or buy the members gift cards to their favorite craft store, and
then if there were any monies left over, ( lets say $100 ) then send that to
National.
If K K did become a group, then no dues should be collected because none of
the instructors get paid.
As I see it now, a lot of members may drop out because they don't have any
say in what goes on with the division.

It is my understanding that if the division is ever dissolved that any
assets of the KK division will go to the national office of the NFB.

What advantages, if any, are there to being a division of NFB?
