[Nfb-krafters-korner] gords

[Henry Osborne]

My First People Ancestors used gourds for baby rattles, bowling pins, water 
dippers, ceremonial rattles at dances, and the Medicine Man used them for 
his cures. I am sure that they had other uses for them as well, like for 
eating bowls.

This is a little off topic, but my Grandpa also made Martin houses.  I don't
think he made them from gords though.

I also remember him chasing off other birds.
