Hello,
I understand that the small slate with the notebook is still for sale. 
Unfortunately, I do remember the Lavender Braille writer. Has anyone 
seen the Tatrapoint Braille writer? It is made in Slovinia, is supposed 
to be lighter and more portable than the Perkins and costs about $400. 
I'm considering buying one but I would like to know from someone who 
has tried it how well it works.
