If it is not possible to have the class name automatically populate the
class name field, maybe it is possible to either have a drop down menu or
else assign a class number to each class and the student put this
information in instead of the class name.  Entering in the class name is too
easy for a student to not capture the name correctly.  I do think that
having someone other than Joyce being the manager of class registrations
could be helpful.  A list of members could be provided to this person to
eliminate the time to get confirmation from Joyce.

Terry, in my experience the first problem is that there is only one sign up
for all classes. There should be a separate sign up for each class with the
class name automatically filled in. The second thing to try to alleviate
issues would be to have them sent to both Joyce and the teacher and then
Joyce could let the teacher know if anyone was not a member. Or perhaps
someone could take on the responsibility.

Now all of this depends on if the web team knows how or is possible with our
site.
