[Nfb-krafters-korner] still another storage idea

I still like my box with the flip closures, on the sides, from Michaels. I have a solution for dropped stitch markers, put each type on a safty pin. You can slide them around until you get to the size you want, then open the pin and take it off and close the pin. My problem is I forget to return them to the pin and they end up in my case or loose in the box, but that is a just take a minute and fix, kind of problem!

Hi, folks.

I have another idea for you regarding storage of smaller things; I use
it for my yarn needles, some of my stich markers, and even tip
protectors. If you have old medicine bottles and vials, they make
excellent, safe storage solutions. It's possible you might find
getting your stuff out of them a pain, but for me, it's been worth it.
I love to use these because the lids can't just accidentally fall off,
unless they've gotten damaged. If any of you share a home with a cat,
then you can fully understand how one knocked-over box of stitch
markers can make either the most phenomenal toy on the planet or one
massive headache as you attempt to contort your fingers into every
nook and cranny under your sofa in the process of retrieving
everything that fell. With these bottles, no spills, just a bunch of
rattling, and no hour of trying to find your lost markers.

Amy
