We also have a plastic canvas cleanex box, made by Henry, on our coffee table. It has hearts on it. I have made many, myself, but they have been sold, gone as gifts and a few are sitting on desks at work!
I have a hand made, plastic canvas, bird feader, that I would like to duplicate, some day. I got it at a church event.

Most of my items are seasonal! I have a pumpkin, easter egg and 2 Christmas trees, made of safety pin beading. I have a basket, out all the time. I use 2 grannmother's favoret wash cloths under candy dishes and a basket. Henry wairs a hat, he made, out in the cold. A lot of our items get sold or go to the homeless, through our church, so they do not linger in the home. Some also become gifts!
It is nice to be able to give a hand made gift, to someone, especially when you are not a cook!

Wow, I can't believe that it is already Wednesday. Thinking up weekly questions is going to exercise my brain. Fortunately Annette was kind enough to share some questions with me, so I don't have to do all the thinking.

How many of you are using hand crafted items, made by yourself or others in your daily lives?

Do you wear any handmade clothing?

Do you have any decorative items such as paintings, sculptures, baskets, rugs and such around your home?

What about quilts, blankets, curtains and afghans?

Maybe I will get some good decorating hints from these questions. I'm looking forward to reading all the responses.

Nella
