Rebecca, you know Joni holds retreats. The only one I know of is in Oregon.
A friend of mine goes every year on a scholarship. Maybe she pays for
transportation,  if not, you can swing the flight, you could apply for the
scholarships. Maybe she holds them at her headquarters, I don't know, but
worth checking into. Joni is fifty years post her accident.

Good evening,

                My vacation is spending several days with my parents,
brother and his family in Philly, PA.  We will do some of the tourist
attractions and just spend some time together as a  family.  My dream trip
is  California.  I  would like to tour the headquarters   of Joni and
Friends which is in Agora CA.  Joni Earkson Tada broke  her neck in a diving
accident at about the age of 17.  She has a  ministry to families and
individuals affected by all types of disabilities.
