Hello all:

 

As you know last week we had a speaker from the Community Service Division.
We discussed the possibility of our division partnering with an agency to
gather items such as hats and scarfs.  The plan would be for us to collect
the items and give them to the agency during convention.  Tonight during the
membership meeting the subject was brought up again.  I would like to get a
little more information before moving forward with this project.

 

How many of you are interested in participating in this type of project?

 

What agency would you want to partner with?

 

Do you think we should try to do it at this year's convention or give
ourselves more time and plan on the 2018 convention?
