Lion Brand took a site that was accessible to us and made it almost 
impossible to even navigate.
Now, I usually call the customer service department to place my orders, and, 
when the representative asks if there is anything that he or she can help me 
with I say yes, make the site accessible again. I usually get the response 
that they are working on it, or he or she will pass the message on.

Hi Rebecca,

Both Krafters Korner and another group I belong to, as well as many
individuals including me,  have contacted Lion Brand and brought this and
other issues with their website to their attention.  We are constantly told
that they are working on it, but we are yet to see action.  I think it has
been about a year now.

Good morning,

                It is always enjoyable to read individual's responses to the
Wednesday questions.  In a  couple responses to this week's question,  I
picked up several people mentioned how they wish Lion Brand website would
describe the yarn colors again.  I  am wondering if Lion Brand  is aware of
how many low vision or blind individuals use their yarn and how beneficial
the descriptions are. I  am wondering if people from Krafters Korner were to
write to Lion Brand  not in a  sense of complaining but  more in a  sense of
making the company aware of the situation. Maybe it would make a  difference
and the yarn descriptions  would return.
