When you call them ask to speak to a supervisor and tell them.  Do ask what
their management  title is and next time ask for someone  higher up to speak
to.  Remember to be nice and explain what your problem is.  I know it is a
pain to explain to each one, but I believe most places do type up what a
customer's complaint is.
