Cindy Singapore's weather all year round is hot only towards end of year is 
raining season.
That is why only can use thin yarn.

Hi Serene,

The cindwood looms are more expensive than many looms but are certainly 
worth the price. they are hand-made and will last forever.

When you purchase a cindwood loom you will notice that there is a choice of 
peg spacing called the gauge.  usually the gauge choices will be either 3/4 
inch or 1/2 inch. The 3/4 inch gauge is used for very thick yarn. it is 
referred to as 6-ply in the US. the 1/2 gauge uses a yarn somewhat thinner 
and you would use a 5-ply yarn for this loom. So my suggestion is to first 
find out what ply yarn is available to you before you purchase a loom.
