[Nfb-krafters-korner] Contest reminder

I am confused by this message...

There is a deadline of September 30 noted in the message,  and the message
was send on October 15.  Are the submissions for September closed or are
they being accepted well past the deadline?

The message states that any submissions past September 30 are not eligible.

I'm really confused!

Saturday, September 30, at 11:59 PM Central. 

 

Any entries received after this time will not be eligible.
