The September contest is closed. It looks like Deborah failed to change the dates on the notice. This is supposed to be a reminder for the October contest deadline. I apologize for the confusion.

I am confused by this message...

There is a deadline of September 30 noted in the message,  and the message
was send on October 15.  Are the submissions for September closed or are
they being accepted well past the deadline?

The message states that any submissions past September 30 are not eligible.

I'm really confused!
