It is hard to say I have a favorite apple.  I love all apples!! For pies, I
like yellow delicious.  For eating, I like macintosh.  For fried and stewing
I like rone beauty.  Now I want an apple pie with ice cream.
The honey crisp is a wonderful apple to eat raw.  It is so sweet and crisp.
