I have a really simple recipe for apple crisp. You put one cup of flour, 1 cup of brown sugar, one stick of softened butter and a teaspoon of cinnamon in a bowl. You blend it with a pastry blender so that it has a course Sandy appearance. You take a handful of this mixture and you mix it in with a bag of cut up apples in a baking dish. You take the rest of the mixture and you spread it over the top of the apples. You bake it in a 350 oven for 30 to 40 minutes. It comes out really nice! It isn't easy to remember recipe.

Keeping you full longer so you won't snack between breakfast and lunch. Don't substitute rolled oats or quick cooking oats here in this recipe (they will turn to mush).
