Our Monday night chats are held on the same phone number.  How ever you keep record of phone numbers, write this down and then you will not have to ask every week.  If I can memorize it, then you can too!

I just had a thought and hope you can take a minute out before the chat
tonight and prepare a little.

Out of copy paper please make 4  squares that are equal in size.  You can
take 1 piece of paper or 4 pieces of paper and  make 4 equal squares and
trim off the excess.

If you get going make 6 squares.  I don't want anyone to be pressured or
feel they have to do this.  I am thinking this will give people a tactual
block detail.
