We have a costume parade here each year for the kids.  One of the absolutely cutest costumes I remember seeing was a jellyfish.  The costume was  made with a paper plate and paper streamers.

This little girl about 3 years old was dressed in a pink bathing suit and had a paper plate that was upside down and tied to the top of her head as a hat.  Glued to the edge of the paper plate were red, pink and white
streamers to hang down as tentacles.  It was just so cute!
