Hello Sharon,

That depends on what you are submitting.

For example, if you are submitting the fact that you taught a class, you
could write taught beaded necklace class, in the subject line that would be
enough. However, if you wanted to submit points by listing the students in
your class and tell which students actively participated, you would
obviously have to list the members in the body of your email.
Now if you wanted to submit the fact that you were a student in the class
and gave email feedback to your instructor, you would have to cc the message
you are sending  to the kkcontests2007 address as well.
So, I'm sure you get my point.
