A word of advice, Henry,

Pin your pieces together just like you need to sew them. I suggest using safety pins. You will want to pin "right" sides together.

Just giving advice. It's not like I'm speaking from experience or anything.

Hi Tracy, you know what? I probably could learn to sew up knitted items with
a bit of practice. O k, I accept the sewing challenge.
Now, I have more reasons to finish off some UFO's that are hanging around
here.

Hi Henry.
Yes you could.  But sewing knitted pieces together doesn't take any
particular skill.  I've done it with a long piece of yarn and a yarn
needle.  I'm sure you could do it yourself.
