Does anyone buy fabric online, and does it work out well? I don't know of any fabric stores near where I live, and the one I know of in Manhattan has beautiful stuff, but too expensive for a first try. I was thinking I might find some reasonably priced jersey or cotton at Amazon or somewhere and try to make myself a summer top. And, if people have bought fabric at Amazon, could you recommend what to search for? Thanks.
