You say jersey?  So do you want to make T-shirt type of tops?  I would be
willing to work with you making a t-shirt.  I have a pattern to recommend to
you and I can't imagine how many T-shirts and different styles of T -shirts
I have made in the last 50 years.

Does anyone buy fabric online, and does it work out well?  I don't know of
any fabric stores near where I live, and the one I know of in Manhattan has
beautiful stuff, but too expensive for a first try.

I was thinking I might find some reasonably priced jersey or cotton at
Amazon or somewhere and try to make myself a summer top.

And, if people have bought fabric at Amazon, could you recommend what to
search for?
