[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Loom knit cast off

Hello all,
I am having a little bit of loom knitting trouble here.
I am having to flat cast off a project. I have tried the super stretchy bind off and the basic bind off, even the modified basic bind off. None of them work to make the cast off edge neet and like the cast on edge. Yes my tention is loose it's not from it being too tight. My corners get bent and my middle is flat, which causes the corners to look large, and my cast off edge to be smaller then my cast on edge.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
