The Hats for the homeless program that our Churches knitting group 
participates in, the hats for school children that my Knights of Columbus 
organization sponsers, lap and blankets for the Wounded Warriors at Walter 
Reed Army Medical Center.

I was thinking about giving back this morning, and wondered, as a crafter, 
what organization do you or would you give to?
Locally the NICU department at the hospital takes caps for premature babies, 
and the hospital also takes “knitted Knockers” for women who have had 
mastectomies. Any nursing home would take lap blankets for people in 
wheelchairs.
