You need to contact him and get an afternoon slot!
No one is going to come to a craft show that early!
This hotel is supposed to be larger and they have been able to accommodate
us, every year, in the past.
You, as president, need to stand up for your rights!
This is terrible!
I have put hours and hours, preparing for this show and this is discouraging
me from even coming!

Maybe we can trade places with another group!
No one is going to get up that early and many will still be arriving!

Ok, it is official!

Krafter's Division has a space to hold the Craft Sell.  We are scheduled on
July 7, 2019 from 8:00a.m. to 12:00 noon.

We recognize that this is 2 hours less than last year but John said the
space he is working with is smaller than last year and that all Divisions
are getting cuts.  He also said that everything is on 1 floor so things
should be easier to locate.
