Hi Tracy, no, I have never made any crocheted slippers before, but, I am up 
for the challenge.
Do our dogs sniff out a class for next year in the works? ( Hint, hint. )
Would you please share the pattern with Tammy or me for the Fun With Crochet 
group?
Where may I get that book that you mentioned?

For my project after the rectangles, I'm thinking I'll make some slippers,
put a tail, ears, nose, and eyes on them, and call them Labrador slippers.
I got some gold yarn at the yarn store sale today, so I'm on my way.  I got
a basic crochet pattern from The Big Book of Slippers, so I guess I'm good.

Anyone made Labrador slippers before?  Any hints?
