The kids are out of school more than they are in it now a days.
I never, ever had as many days off as they do. No wonder that they aren't 
learning things.
Some parents here in Md. want to do away with homework all together.

Our kids have a fall break next week, a week off at Thanksgiving, 2 1/2 
weeks off at Christmas, a week off in February called winter break, a week 
off in April called spring break and then random one day holidays here and 
there they get off. Crazy!
