Kathy, with that in mind, perhaps people can ask singer and see if Brother, which seems to be the popular one people have, to step in as well. It's all about exposure to this blindness stuff and working with it,  not being afraid of it. That's a great start.

My husband and I have a Viking. And we really needed a sewing machine expert! 

I wish we could get a craft specialist in general so if I wanted to go yarn shopping, they could tell me how many yards sounds right for a project and what colors go together...
