Last night, I made 2 masks out of T-shirt sleeves.  I cut the sleeves off of
an old T-shirt, carefully cutting next to the seam attaching the sleeve to
the body.  Then I cut off the cuff.  The sleeve fits snugly over my head,
sleeve seam at the back, with the sleeve covering my nose and mouth.  I can
even fold it up to make 2 layers, though my husband can't.

Don't know how effective it is, but I don't know about the effectiveness of
any of these homemade masks.
